- The Nuts and Bolts
As a (then) full-time employee of Medallion Retail, Joseph was named the technical lead for the relaunch of medallionretail.com. Working with Medallion's Creative heads, Joseph coded the new take on the company's outdated website.
The design team wanted Flash elements used on the homepage and showcase galleries (provided by Russ Stoll of mediafatigue.com) and, with an eye towards backwards-compatiblity, all Flash elements needed to degrade gracefully to their server-side equivalents in a clean and non-intrusive way.
The company was so pleased with the results of this venture, that when Joseph left to become a freelance developer, they asked him to complete a custom survey engine, whose results helped to inform Medallion's presentation on "Millennial's" at the March 2010 Global Shop.
